“Truly unprecedented customer service and fidelity to his craft. Recommended by a friend, a lawyer who specializes in construction disputes. My experience: immediate response to message I left on the website. Life as we know it has been disrupted lately, and inventory is limited. Skilled tile workers are in short supply. Rather than risk a subpar outcome, he was unable to accept the job. But he was so concerned with customer satisfaction that he offered his experience to help explain materials and processes, he steered me from disreputable choices, and he even gave me a recommendation of a competitor. Not just one text. He stayed with me. Who does that? He must LOVE floors. And sincerly want the best for his customers.”

“I went to The Floor Doctors to get an estimate on vinyl plank flooring since I needed to pull up my carpeting in two rooms. When Chris came to the house to measure the rooms, the first thing he said was " I think you might have hardwood floors under this carpet." He pulled back the carpet to check and sure enough - hardwood floors in both rooms. Chris' honesty saved me a ton of money on new flooring I didn't need. Keith came out a few days later to pull the carpets, pads and tack strips. He did a fantastic job too. Thank you!!!”
