“Chris is the ultimate professional in every sense of the word. He treated my family like we were good friends. Chris did more than take measurements of our floors, he talked to us about how we used the space and offered multiple suggestions for flooring products. In their well-stocked showroom he reviewed our goals before showing us the various product groups. We laid out samples on the floor. Chris showed us how each of them would look in our living room and kitchen to make sure what we selected would look great in both rooms. Materials were delivered and the floors were laid within a few weeks of product ordering. I couldn’t be happier with all the floors and installation. There is not a single mistake in all three levels of our home. It is beautiful beyond expectations. I will always use Floor Doctors. Chris is my family’s flooring expert.”

“I visited Floor Doctors based on the reviews. Competing with the "big guys" is not always easy, but a visit here is well worth the trip. Chris was very pleasant and easy to work with. I decided to get my brazillian cherry floors refinished. Kelly was professional, informative and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the way the refinished floors look. I wanted to lighten the floors, get rid of scratches and dents, plus get a less shiny finish to the floor. You would think I had a new floor put in. The whole process took four days. Cherry wood darkens in time, but they look so beautiful right now as well. I would highly recommend Floor Doctors. Their pricing was also the most reasonable. Wonderful experience.
