Floor Doctors were the only ones that were willing to come out and see what the issue was. They came up with a game plan on site. Chris, Mario, and the rest of the team are amazing. Their customer service is on point, they have fair pricing, they don’t try to up sell you, and when something isn’t going to work they have several backup plans. I wouldn’t use anyone else.”

They are a smaller, independently owned company and my personal experience was very positive. They had competitive pricing, open to negotiations, were patient with me ( I changed my mind on type of floor to purchase several times), easy to do business with and open to special requests.
