“Kyle and his team did an amazing job refinishing my hard wood floors. They went the extra mile by adding an additional coat of sealer to make sure the color variation in the walnut really stood out and would hold color longer. They were extremely knowledgeable about how walnut is the only species of wood that gets lighter instead of darker over time. They used a commercial grade high traffic Bona product and added an additional coat of that as well. (Never asking for additional money) They appreciated the time and effort I spent in hand making and installing the floor and take great pride in their work! I am more than fully impressed!”

“I had about 1100 sq ft of Carpet and LVP installed in a rental unit. Good - Very helpful during visit to store and measuring Floor looks great Total cost was Fair Bad - Installers left a mess. LVP was dirty. Walls were dirty. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. No communication after/No one let me know the job was done, I had to go to unit to check progress and no one was there and job appeared complete. I was advised I needed an emergency plumber visit, which turned out to not be an emergency and the installers fault. I realize installers aren't plumbers, but a simple look at the toilet with an untrained eye could have resolved the issue.”
