“The sales rep , Ray, that met with us was quick to show up and was very professional. He worked with us to find a price that was right for our budget. The installer, Jesse, showed up right on time and worked through our basement carpet and stair installation quickly. The carpet looked great and we are very happy with the overall quality. During the installation, we had some drywall that was damaged by accident. Jesse was very professional and apologetic for the small incident. After the installation, measures were taken to to right this mishap and we were pleased by the outcome and customer service. Big thanks to Jesse for the solid work!”

“We had a total of 6 rather large rooms installed with carpet. The 2 installers that came out were very nice and did a great job. After a year we noticed some abnormal wear (due to a mill defect) and the office team were absolutely the best in getting this replaced under the manufacturer warranty so quickly. The new installers David and Horacio again were exceptional. They moved quickly and the seams are flawless you can’t see them at all ! This business not only has great prices but they hire the absolute best staff and installers and they stand behind their work and product. I would recommend everyone to them!”

“Brendon (sales) was great. We moved in on a Monday and he came out with samples on Tuesday, was very knowledgeable and polite. We had a couple other company come quote and getting what we felt was a competitive price from Brendon we decided to move forward at 930 pm on Thursday night. Oscar (installer) showed up at 9 am Friday morning and got the whole job completed in one day. Oscar was also polite and courteous and took his time to ensure quality work. We were very happy with our experience”
