“I will be calling the carpet guys back when I need to replace more carpet! The experience could not have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Blake did an awesome job showing us our options, explaining everything in detail and helping us decide what to go with. I emailed him a couple days after our appointment with some random questions and he was quick to respond. When our appointment day came around Cesar gave us a call early on to let us know when to expect them. They treated our home with care and did an excellent job on the whole upstairs, keeping us updated on their progress throughout the day. The install and carpet are perfect and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! It was like working with friends the whole time. Thanks guys!!”

“Highly recommend The Carpet Guys. I needed to install new carpet at my property fast. They came out on a Sunday and new carpet was installed on the following Tuesday. The sales rep was professional, polite and easy to talk to. He understood my needs and requirements and I am very happy with the price and the kind of carpet I want. The installers were very professional and polite. In the past, when I request service personnel to give me advance notice of arrival time, my requests were ignored. The Carpet Guys installers called me twice to update me on their arrival time. This is very unusual and was highly appreciated. I will definitely use The Carpet Guys in my future home improvement projects. Few words to describe the carpet installation process: efficient, professional, good value, pleasant.”
