“We had them install new carpet and vinyl plank floor. It was a two day process as the vinyl plank had to be installed before the carpet. The first crew that installed that vinyl did a great job, but refused to take our old carpet that was in our dining room. we were switching from carpet to vinyl in that room. They said it was too dirty and didn't want anything to possibly get in their van that would get on the new carpet for other customers. Thankfully it was trash day and our bins were just emptied before they got there. The next day, the crew that installed the carpet TOOK our old carpet from the living room and stairs. We are still happy with our new flooring and how professional both crews were.”
