From the salesman/estimator to the installers they were prompt, professional and courteous. Also, very accommodating. They even changed the original plan to put the seams where we wanted them. They installed 5 rooms of carpet quickly and it looked beautiful when done. We would definitely recommend The Carpet Guys and would use them for any future needs.”

“We have been in the market for awhile and had others out but The Carpet Guys offered the best service, price and selections to meet our needs. Raymond Quiroz showed us a lot of options both in Premium Vinyl planking as well as carpet. We had the carpet installed today. The installers ( Omar and Edwin ) were exceptional. They called in the morning to give us an approx. time and then again 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They moved furniture, and did a wonderful job installing, cleaning up and putting every thing they moved back. I highly recommend The Carpet Guys if you need flooring.”

“This was a great experience from the start to finish! Our sales guy Joe L.came out on a Sunday morning and was great from start to finish! Our installers were very professional and respectful. After the carpet was installed we had the manager out to the house to make sure we saw a color match and Nick was amazing! He came out showed us some great tips on how to take care of the carpet and recommended us not to use a dyson on the carpet and recommended an adjustable vacuum. They are amazing! I’m so grateful and thankful to have worked with a great team! Thanks for everything Carpet guys!”
