“I hired this company for several components of my renovation work. Blinds throughout, carpeting on stairs, and flooring for the living room and master bedroom. The window blinds were quite costly due to the choices I made. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Lianne worked closely with me as I explained my requirements, likes, and dislikes for each room. From power-lift honeycomb Hunter Douglas, black out blinds, to wood slat blinds - it was a custom solution to meet very specific needs. For the living room and master bedroom flooring, due to pets, I specifically wanted a laminate floor - but of high quality. The flooring is just stunning: color and grain are as beautiful as the teak floors I had installed in my last penthouse. You'd think carpeting on stairs would somehow be less remarkable - enter the rubber underlay that Lianne recommended. I can't count the number of times someone has mentioned how good the stairs feel. Lianne was absolutely outstanding and I am thrilled with the results. In most purchases I knew what I wanted but had to be educated on the products, choices, and price-points for value. This is another of Lianne's strengths. I wanted the best quality products, within my defined budget, to suit my lifestyle. I also wanted to position this home well for resale purposes down the road if needed. The results are cohesive, of good quality, and enduring in their design. Additionally, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lianne. This is a woman who gets excited about meeting customer requirements and is giving in terms of education and support. I love this home of mine, but if I ever move, I'll definitely be doing business with Lianne again. I also have to admit that previous to this, Surdel Carpets was not really on my radar as a potential source for my renovation work. It was a recommendation from another sales representative that sent me to Surdel. Because of the customer service and the quality of the products and installation they would now be one of the first places I would consider.”
