“I was looking for flooring for an animal rescue shelter. A friend suggested I try End of the Roll in Surrey. The experience was less than favorable. After dialog with one of their reps I selected a vinyl planking that he recommended. I asked him for pricing and availability and waited while he made a call and then while in his presence I wrote down the information on the product sheet. When it came time to placing the order, the price had inflated to twice that of the original quote! When I questioned this, he said that I was mistaken. So, I decided to go to Surdell Carpets, what a pleasant surprise. I was treated in a respectful manner and they were more than willing to match the original quote by End of The Roll. I decided to proceed with the order. I rec'd a subsequent email from Noreen, their sales rep; and she had found the same quality of flooring thru another mfgr. for considerably less money. This was wonderful news! The flooring project is nearing completion and I am extremely happy with the quality of the product. This company, has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they stand by their policy "complete customer satisfaction" is their primary goal. Their level of professionalism and product knowledge, is beyond reproach. “Lianne assisted with flooring choice and paint colours. Loved her approach. She was a good listener, and had lots of creative ideas. She even gave me some extra kitchen tiling she had to help my kitchen design pop over my stove at no cost and I was very happy with the result. Lianne also helped with window treatment advice. Would definitely go to her again with future projects.”

The installers truly care about the little details which, in my opinion, make a project perfect & not just “good enough”. Working with installation & service companies every day I truly appreciate the value of having front line people who combine both awesome people and trade skills. Like the old saying; "The bitterness of low quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". We could shop around and find a cheaper price but with Surdel you get what you pay for; quality, value & service. Allow lots of time when you visit them as the product selection is vast.”

Jeannie put my baby to sleep and Andrea found coloring supplies for my other kids while they waited ... and waited... for mommy to quit gabbing and gawking and go home. I ended up loving a product that was on clearance somewhere else, so I didn't buy from them, but they didn't guilt me at all about that, and I will definitely go back there next time I need new flooring.”

“Lianne at Surdel Carpets provided all the assistance we desired for the selection of our flooring and window covering for our new house. The range of products available was quite extensive. Prior to and during installation, she always had time to attend to our needs and made numerous trips to our job site - some after normal working hours. She worked with their installer and hardwood flooring supplier to ensure that the proper hardwood product was delivered and meticulously installed. As a result both the flooring and window coverings are high quality and impressive looking. We have no problem recommending them (and Lianne in particular) to our friends.”
