“To anyone thinking of using Surdel carpets, I can say that they give awesome service both in the selection of the product you may like as well as installation. My wife and I have used Leanne(hope that is spelled correctly) several times in two homes. She is knowledgeable about the products she sells and offers suggestions that are usually better than what we thought. The last time that we bought carpet she went out of her way to get it here and installed before our move-in day. She took a lot of pressure off us during our moving process. I would not hesitate to use them for all your home decorating needs”

I was very undecided on my choices and she allowed me to come into the showroom and take my time looking at my options. “In the process of finishing off our basement we looked at many flooring places and were most impressed with Lianne at Surdel Carpets. We asked her to come in to give us a quote on laminate for most of the basement and carpet for the one bedroom. Lianne's simple question "what are your ideas for these stairs (going up to the main floor)" led to us getting new flooring throughout our WHOLE home! Lianne spent a lot of time getting to know us, asking the right questions to help us figure out what we wanted and then finding the best choices for our budget. We were drawn to Lianne's warm and friendly personality then impressed with her knowledge and expertise. And we really appreciated her humor and honesty when dealing with any bumps along the way (an unexpected delay in getting the carpet, discovering the wrong color carpet had been installed upstairs). Lianne truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end result!”

“For more than 10 years, Lianne Gilder of Surdel Carpets has assisted us in renovating our house. It started with replacing family room carpet , progressed to renovating the ensuite and continued to replacing tiles, installing hardwood through the house and finished with a complete reno of the kitchen and family room. The entire house is coordinated and looks like it was all done in one shot. Lianne helped coordinate wall tiles, kitchen black splash, counter tops and paint colors. Earthy and west coast!! 2004-2014.”

Since the 1990's, every move I have made (5 times) Lianne has been a huge help, a pleasure to work with and has always had such great ideas...her tile design is awesome! She even suggested a gift for my Dad of an area rug for his country lake house with Loons on it...Dad loved it so much that he hung it on the wall so no one would walk on it. She always stays within my budget, is totally in style with my visions, she is honest with her option and has followed through with service and installations, Her personality makes her lots of fun to be with. My last work with Lianne was a carpet pull repair from my daughter's dog...she had an installer out to fix it within hours of my call. “We chose Surdel Flooring and worked closely with Lianne Gilder as the interior designer and project manager. Lianne was always very professional and focused on the client needs and did a good job and well connected with quality contractors and installers to ensure the quality of work met or exceeded our expectations. Scope of work included; new flooring (travertine tile, ceramic tile, hardwood and carpet), new fireplace natural stone, ceramic tile floor to ceiling including travertine decorative mouldings and highlights. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the outcome of the final project. We love our home. Definitely Recommended!”
