“Our experience with Brothers Flooring has been amazing! We walked in the door,met Meghan Sims,and immediately felt like family.Everyone was wonderful.They answered all of our crazy questions and when Brian installed our floors,they were fast and efficient.I'm incredibly picky and detail oriented,and I have zero complaints. We had our entire upstairs done.This included the kitchen and bathroom. It's perfect.I can't figure out how to load pictures,but it's beautiful.”

The price was reasonable, and the response was timely. He was able to procure and match the new hardwood floor with the existing floor. George installed the flooring. He, also, is the ultimate professional in his craft. The installation is perfect. The new flooring blends perfectly with the existing floor. We could not be more pleased. “We had Brothers Flooring install LVP in three separate areas of our house. Meghan was incredibly helpful as we figured out the scope of what we wanted done. The installers, Dustin and Rion, did a fantastic job. They finished the floors well ahead of the expected completion time. We will be requesting Dustin and Rion again if we have any more flooring projects in the future.”

“The first time I heard of Brothers Flooring was on Facebook. A friend of mine "liked them", she is an individual of high standards so I checked into them myself. The picture of owners Andy and Tyler intrigued me because it's fun! I'm a mom of boys and all their cousins are boys so this is one of those "love gestures" I'm used to seeing. There's a lot of love there. I am looking to do all new floors in my house so I went into the Spokane store one day just to get ideas and an estimate. I was greeted instantly by warm faces and Meghan took me under her wing to show me around the store. I didn't feel pressured, it turned in to quite a fun adventure. I'm not a fan of shopping so everything was a breeze and I'm so thankful for that. I had my floors picked almost instanty with her help, it was only a matter of taking samples home to see how they would look in my house. I chose to look no further, I really wanted to support a local business rather than big box and I had such a good experience when I went into Brothers Flooring the first time I have no desire to look elsewhere. There is such a great dynamc here, they are family. I look forward to working with them. Note to Meghan - Life can be challenging. With the pandemic and life having rough patches at times, it's such a joy to be around fun, kind hearted and caring people like you. You my dear are a blessing and a gem. You make the world a better place! Thank you so much. UPDATE: Had my floors done by Brian and his nephew. I am SO happy with these floors. Along with great customer service comes a great product, and everything was done in a timely manner. Things were cleaned up well, questions answered. Overall I had an amazing experience. I'm shopping for countertops next and do not feel the need to go anywhere but Brothers. Again, thank you so much!”

“In July 2021 we had Brothers Flooring replace our laminate flooring with Luxury Laminate flooring. Workers Logan and Pirate removed our old flooring and replaced it with our New flooring. They both did a great job and were very easy to talk to and work with for what needs we had. We recommend this company for anyone how wants there floors replaced.”
