“I was very apprehensive about getting new carpet because of my past experience. Meghan Sims took over and put my mind at ease, helped me pick just the right carpet and color. She addressed my concerns and was absolutely fantastic! Then when the installers arrived to do the work (Hector and Hector), I could not have been happier! They were professional, respectful, and so polite. Very hard workers, wanted to do the job to our liking and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend the company and installers to anyone!! Great experience!!!”
