We are trying to fix up our basement so our kids can have their own rooms, and I wasn't sure we would be able to afford a professional floor installation, but Brothers quoted a variety of options for us and were very knowledgeable and affordable. We lucked out and fell in love with an in-stock luxury vinyl that saved us a bit on the material cost. The sales rep Jason was so communicative and helpful through the whole process, and the installers Jason and Casey were super nice and did a great job! I highly recommend Brothers Flooring!”

“Brother's Flooring just finished a project installing carpet in our family room. The installer Able did an amazing job. Able started the job when we were told he would and worked all alone. We were a bit concerned at first that he was working alone but he soon proved he was very capable of doing this job alone. Able was very professional, considerate and diligent. The outcome of the job was better than we ever anticipated.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Jason. Amazing customer service! I had called to get a quote for new flooring, wasn't expecting to get a call back the same day, let alone an hour later and with a really competitive quote. I could have saved a couple hundred dollars and ordered product from an online store, but as Jason pointed out, the extra dollars spent at Brothers gets you superior customer service. So far, they haven't proven that to be wrong and its been worth every extra dollar. That said, I would rather spend my money with a local store then some online store on the opposite side of the country.”
