“We had carpet put it our upstairs master bedroom, guest room, and hallway and closets, and vinyl plank in our second guest room, master closet, and guest bath. Frank did the vinyl plank, and he does an awesome job, complete attention to detail, and a finished product that we knew we would get. (He did our family room last year). The next day Abel came and did the carpeting. (He did our living room last year). I watched as he was putting the carpet in, and he is not only fast, but the finished product is beautiful. The carpet is stretched perfectly in the rooms. My wife and and are so happy with the Brothers Flooring company. I might also say I appreciate Tyler doing excellent measuring so as not to have a lot of waste, and for also accommodating our desire to use Frank and Abel again to do our upstairs. We have recommended Brothers Flooring to our friends, and I know of one who has purchased, and waiting for their install in January 2021. Great company, super installers, and a very happy customer!”

“Brothers Flooring recently installed flooring in our home. It was a challenging job with lots of steps and multiple floors. We worked with Courtney and she was amazing. She helped us select the right floors and gave us tons of options. After we picked the floor, she worked hard to get us a bid quickly. The bid was accurate and complete. Courtney was extremely responsive and helpful from the initial call to the floor delivery and through installation completion. She was wonderful to work with and we thankful to have her guide us through the entire process.. We know she stands out in her industry because we requested bids from two competitors and their folks would not even respond to our calls and emails. We also worked Jason and Josh. They too were extremely responsive and helpful, even coming back after the install to walk through and answer our questions. Finally, Kelly in billing was also great to work with. Again, friendly, responsive, and professional.”

“We had new carpet installed after 42 (and more) years. Upstairs, downstairs, and all the bedrooms. I first chose Brothers (let’s be honest) because of Dan Dickau’s endorsement. I stayed with them because of Megan and Andy and Hector and Victor!!!! They made a very difficult decision if not easy, then at least enjoyable. Hector and Victor installed the carpet perfectly and were so clean and neat in their work. I would recommend them anytime! We could not be happier”

“We had an excellent experience overall with Brothers. After water damage to our basement we had to replace hard flooring, carpet, and completely rebuild and tile a shower. Andy was very helpful and friendly helping us choose materials. Jason and Jake who delivered the materials were friendly and professional. The installers were very skilled professionals--did great work, were very respectful of us and our home, and all wore masks when we asked. Gonzalo spent about 2 weeks here installing the laminate flooring and the tile. His work was impeccable--he is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work. You would be lucky to have him work for you. Juan was the main flooring guy and he did very good work as well. I don't remember the carpet guy's name--maybe Abel--but he did excellent work also.”

“These folks were grade A from the get go. Sales didn't treat me like the next victim but was respectful and honest. The warehouse guys that dropped off the flooring were more professional than any I had ever experienced. The installer was quick, efficient and highly skilled. I'm overjoyed at the finished project. The accounting department understanding that I was in a tough place financially was very helpful in helping me find creative solutions to get the job done. This group was amazing to work with and in a sea full of sharks, Brother's flooring is a saving grace for anyone needing work done. A quality product, quality craftsmanship and fair price. Gotta love 'em!”

“What an exceptional experience! Every person we encountered from Brothers was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It takes a lot for customer service to impress me and these guys went WAY beyond that. Megan is an incredible salesperson. She was not only super knowledgeable but she hit the balance of helpful without being pushy perfectly. She knew our budget and guided us back under budget when something way more expensive caught our eye. I cannot say enough good things about our installer, Juan. He is a perfectionist with great attention to detail. The pride he showed in his work makes me confident that everything was done well. Finally, the experience wasn’t perfect. The floor we wanted was out of stock and then when it arrived it was the wrong flooring. Brothers took care of us. I will recommend Brothers to anyone and everyone. Thank you, it was a pleasure having you install our flooring.”
