“I was connected with Robinson Floors through TradePro after my house flooded. Will was my contact though the whole process. He was friendly and had outstanding communication. I knew when he, or any of the crews, would be at my house and where we were in the process. He explained how he turned in his estimate to insurance, helped me choose my replacement flooring and carpet, and even helped me when I can questions about my insurance claim; even though that was not his job. His crews were on time and did excellent work. His drywall and painting subcontractor was l just as outstanding. My house looks better than it did before. I would highly recommend using Robinson Floors!”

“We had a great experience with Robinson Floors. We experienced a water damage home insurance claim requiring new flooring in two bedrooms and closets, and a hallway and closet. Robinson Flooring was both efficient in providing our insurance company with detail documentation and attentive to our questions and schedules. The removal and installation took three days, and their work crew was both polite and efficient. They moved and replaced all furniture, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up when they finished (on time). We are pleased with the quality of the product, the quality of the work performed, and the level of service provided. We plan to use Robinson Flooring again for some additional flooring needs.”

“Diego and team worked on our 2nd floor, and we love how it looks! Initally, I got quotes from many different stores. Andy was responsive and super knowledgeable. On the first day of installation, even though the stair nose ordered was the exact model as our 1st floor, the color did not match. Andy informed me early in the morning and worked it out with manufacturer seamlessly. I am sure it was a lot to get it done to have the manufacturer come out with 20 stains and matching and all while he could have said we ordered the right one and have his team finish and leave early. Andy's quote "I wouldn't put this in my house, so I have to let you know." Even with all this, they finished on time. Everyone at his store is very nice too. The floor looks beautiful, and we cant wait to move in! Thank you, Andy and team!”

“What a great experience! From the time we walked in Andy listened to what we were looking for and he offered good information and choices as we looked at various samples. No pressure, just the info needed. The installation was done in a timely fashion. Again Robinson kept us informed. We had a unique problem with a tile floor that was below our carpeting. It was dealt with fairly and was well communicated. A beautiful result, very happy! Several contractors who had bid the job, have commented on the quality of the materials and the workmanship. And Robinson Floors was the most economical...”
