“If you are looking for carpet or flooring do not go to Lowe's or Home Depot where you are lucky if you can even find someone to help you. Go to Rice's Flooring and Design where you will deal directly with the Owner's, Arlo and Lisa Rice. We found them both to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Their carpet selection and pricing was very competitive and the installation was outstanding. We will definitely be using Rice's for all of our future flooring needs. They are the best!!!!”

“We recently had Rice's Flooring and Design remove our carpet, hardwood and tile. They removed this material from the downstairs of our house as well as the stairs themselves. Rice's Flooring installed LVP throughout the entire downstairs and stairs. Rice's Flooring did an amazing job! The crew that came in and installed the LVP were both fast and effective. My wife and I had a great experience shopping through materials with Arlo at their show room in Harrisburg, and we were able to find an LVP perfect for us.
