“I was very pleased with Rice’s Flooring and Design. Upon the completion of my new home, I had European white oak hardwoods installed throughout the first floor. Arlo was very helpful in helping choose the perfect flooring for my needs and budget. I also had luxury vinyl tile installed and grouted in the master bath as well as a custom closet. The installers were extremely knowledgeable. After the install, the work areas were cleaned and left in perfect shape. I am extremely happy with my new flooring and would highly recommend Rice’s Flooring and Design!”

“I met with Arlo several months ago and selected a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring for my Town Home. After much consideration, I made the deposit, ordered the flooring, and set the install date. Installation was completed in 12 hours and I am completely satisfied. Details of our contract were met, and the small amount of cleanup left to me (dusting, etc) was as explained. Photos are my office and the living area.”

“I highly recommend Arlo (owner) and his crew for your flooring needs. We chose Rice's Flooring and Design to replace our first floor flooring with Mohawk Engineered Hardwood (The Preserve Collection "Blonde Oak"). Arlo showed great patience as I took several samples home and changed my mind a couple of times over a couple of weeks. His experience, insight, and honesty into the different options and products to choose from in his showroom were key in helping us determine the best product to choose for our home. It is obvious that he values integrity and customer satisfaction over profit and you are not going to get that from a big box store.
