“From the selection of our floors to installation, Rice’s Flooring met all our expectations and worked with us each step. Greg spent so much time with us showing us different types of flooring, colors, explained wear layers and embossed vinyl. We were able to feel confident in our choice and looked forward to installation. They were able to fit us in the week we wanted (about 3 weeks after picking our flooring and putting the deposit down). The installation crew did an amazing job! And when I had questions about the floating floors, they were able to answer everything! Arlo and Greg were super nice and available during the entire process. Our house is an older home and I worried about whether it was level enough for the floors and they installed them perfectly.”

“This place is such a hidden game that I had no idea about. The very 1st time, we went to this store, we met Greg and he was extremely patient in showing us the different hardwoods and went in great length to explain the differences between the various hardwoods and companies. I knew that if I had to get any hardwood, this is the place. I also looked at multiple hardwood stores around the area, but nobody beats the awesome customer service and pricing at Rice's Flooring. I eventually ordered the flooring at this store through Arlo and they were extremely professional and went out of their way in getting the best price and experience.
