You can tell when a company takes pride in the work they do and cares about their customers. I had laminate floors installed about a year ago by a different company and then unfortunately had water damage occur. I had Rice's Flooring reinstall the exact same floors but now they look 100 times better than they did the first time I had them installed. My experience was flawless from beginning to end, from the selection of the flooring (I went with laminate) to the installation. Arlo's crew showed up on time, acted in the most professional manner, and had everything completed ahead of schedule. They cleaned along the way to minimize the inevitable dust. And I LOVE the floor. Pricing was very reasonable. So, maybe it was a tad more (but not by much) than what you could be quoted at a big box store, but, after reading nightmarish reviews, I wanted the personal attention that a family operation provides.
