“Quantum Floors did a good job on my floors. We had unexpected challenges since the original floors were old and problematic. It took longer than anticipated because of the condition of the existing floors. Chago, the main installer, was amazing. He always looked for solutions to unexpected issues. Lucas was also very responsive and provided excellent customer service. The only issue was with the installation of some of the transition strips which was not noticed until later. Overall, I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them highly.”
