“David and Nick provided helpful, low-key assistance as I looked through the many wood flooring samples they had in house. When I placed an order for a European product, they tracked the manufacture, and when they found out the flooring was no longer being manufactured, they were totally honest, fair, provided complete refund of deposit with no attempt at upwelling. After looking at other suppliers, I eventually came back to Quantum, and settled on another floor material through them. That material did ship as promised, and the installation process went just as positively as up front sales and administration. Their lead installer Hericson was great at communicating when he and his crew would be at my condo each day, where they would start work each day, how much they expected to accomplish. The condo has numerous challenging angles and changes of direction, which he fit the flooring into seamlessly, and his professionalism as a carpenter really showed with the odd angled mitre cuts needed when installing the new floorboard. Overall, from first introduction to completion of the job, I could not have been happier with Quantum Floors. I highly recommend them to anyone considering new wood or laminate flooring in Palm Bach County.”
