“We had a great experience working with this company. From the very beginning of the process, they had a great selection of floors to choose from and we were able to bring home samples to see how they look against our furniture and cabinets. The installation crew was punctual and even showed up a few minutes earlier to start their work. They were very professional in terms that they kept their work space clean and worked very efficiently in removing our old floors and installing our new floors. We would definitely recommend and use them again for our flooring needs.”

“I typically do not post reviews, but in the situation I just had to. The folks at Quantum are top notch and very professional from the start of the process to the finish. We worked with Daniel on the design and planning and he not only guided us through the entire process, but also provided suggestions on the overall design that helped us make all of the right decisions along the way. As for the actual work tied to the install of the flooring it was amazing. We have a pretty decent size house along with an intricate staircase and the level of detail of the work involved exceeded my expectations by mile as compared to other companies I dealt with in the past. Everyone was very professional and they took their time doing the work instead of rushing through the job so that they could move onto another. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to replace any type of flooring in their house.”

“My realtor gave me AJ’s number because he did get flooring in North Palm, very nice person, professional, on time, gave me all the specifics. They suppose to start on the 30th of December, but then my condo management office told AJ they can’t because of the holidays, he had to change all his Schedule and come earlier because I have to move in on the 3rd, they left everything nice and clean. “I am in love with my new wood floors! Dealing with Daniel & Nick in the store was an absolute pleasure. They are true professionals. Both were very patient with me throughout the entire process of selecting the floor, to multiple showroom visits, emails, and phone calls. They went above and beyond my expectations. They made me feel like they truly care. One thing I want to make mention is how they treated my steps. As you will see in the pictures attached, What I had previously, the nose molding on the steps did not match the wood. Quantum made custom noses out of the exact wood I selected. I feel like I one of a kind stair with the designer touch. Super happy customer! I could not recommend them enough. Thank you Quantum Floors for a job well done!”
