“From entering Quantum Showroom until end of job we had a great experience. Daniel allowed us to take home samples without even requesting a deposit. Quantum installed our Engineered wood throughout our 2,780 sq. ft. home and the house looks fabulous. Their installers were very professional and worked swiftly and our floors came out just unbelievable. We love our floors and are very happy we went with Quantum. Highly recommend them.”

“Doing business with Quantum Floors Coconut Creek was the best decision I made, their samples are the best among all flooring stores in the area, you can bring them home for several days, in my case weeks to see how the installation will looks like. The sales rep Gui, he is very professional, I asked for several quotes to other vendors and he was the only one who followed up, his help and guidance was definitive in making our final decision. About the installation, they met the planned dates, started on the day they promised and finished without any interruption on the day they planned. The installers very professionals, they know what they were doing, not a single complain about them or the installation, the new wood floor.....Amazing!!!!. I highly recommend them, five gold stars to all of them.”

“There aren't enough stars to describe my experience with Quantum Floors, in the shortest word possible: FANTASTIC!!!! My experience started from the moment I talked to Ashley on the phone - great customer service, to when I went to the showroom and talked with AJ (who actually listened and made recommendations based off all my criteria), to the skilled team that was at my home coordinating all the demolition and laying of the floor. Each member of the team beyond courteous, efficient and pleasant. Great experiences and customer service is very hard to come by these days, but this company is top notch... reaching beyond your expectations. And finally, yes, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new floors. He was always available, and very helpful. The gentlemen that came to install the floors were skilled, quick, and efficient.
