“There is a good reason this company gets 5 stars from everyone. They earn it. First, the ladies in the showroom were very attentive & helpful. We were looking for hardwood floors in our raised ranch. We wanted an old country/farmhouse look. They showed us the different options, and let us take home samples to match with the rest of the house. We decided on Hallmark, Chapparral, in Tack Room. Wide plank, that's not too light, not too dark. The Hickory wood grain has far more character than Oak, for our liking. The installation was supposed to begin in Jan 2022. Covid and other medical problems put a halt to that. Personal touch flooring was very accommodating in rescheduling the installation date a number of times. Joe & his son finally got to work. Prediction was that it would take a week to do the entire floor, including laying sub flooring in parts of the house. Joe's work ethic is top notch. He works fast, but more important he pays attention to detail. No cutting corners. He even removed the radiator flashes to make sure the planks butted up against the wall. Further Joe was very willing to answer questions. He explains in detail, so you have a complete understanding to what you're asking. It's obvious Joe enjoys his work & goes about it as if it was his own home. Full installation was completed in about 4 days. We've had our floors now for a couple of months. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work & appearance of the home. These floors turned out to be better than our expectations. It's exactly the look we wanted. If you are having any kind of flooring done, I highly recommend you use Personal Touch Flooring for your purchase & installation. You will be happy you did. Again, there is a reason everyone gives this company 5 stars in their reviews.”
