“We had wall to wall carpeting in our LR, DR, MBR and Hallway replaced with hardwood floors. We had read reviews of Personal Touch Flooring and had gotten estimates from a couple of venders. Personal Touch's estimate was not only competitive but the real personal touch provided by the owners, Joe and Joe Jr, themselves installing the floor was a winner. Joe, Joe Jr and Debbie did an excellent job of suggesting alternatives, and installing a high quality hardwood floor in very efficient and professional manner. They fixed all squeaks in floors before hardwood floor installation. Our floor that squeaked all these years does not squeak anymore. Also, the staircase carpet was replaced with a carpet, Thanks Gentlemen, our new LR, DR, MBR, Hallway floors and staircase are looking so beautiful! We highly recommend Personal Touch Flooring run by the whole family.”

The price was competitive with the local "big stores" but we got MUCH better service. Joe was MUCH more experienced and more knowledgable than those others. “Local owned family business. We had them install new shower with tile floor. We also had them do all hardwood flooring on our first level and also they tiled our new kitchen backsplash. All was done very professionally and a excellent job of installation. When we are ready we will have them install new carpet for our upstairs bedroom and hall. I would highly recommend them. They were very helpful in picking out the materials also”
