“We had water damage to our kitchen wood floors and knew the only people we'd call to estimate/fix the damage was Personal Touch -- they put the original floors in almost 15 yrs ago and they were great! Insurance only wanted to replace 1/2 the kitchen floor, but Joe knew how to deal with the Insurance company and got us coverage on the entire kitchen floor and hallway maintaining the continuous flooring look we had and wanted to keep!!! Joe and his son showed up on time and didn't stop to even eat lunch... although I tried to get them to take a break to eat! What was scheduled to be a 2 day job was finished in 1 day!!! The floors are beautiful and their workmanship is top notch!! Would never ever consider going to anyone else. Nowadays you're surprised if someone actually gives you good service..... not to worry about with Personal Touch !!!!”
