“I've used Personal Touch a few years ago when I needed to replace some of the floors on my Condo with their advise and help I was able to get beautiful floors. Working with them was very nice so this past year I had the same floor installed on my kitchen and also went to them for the kitchen backsplash. I'll not go anywhere else for tiles, flooring or carpet needs and have recommended them to my neighbors. A very happy customer!!!”

“The first time we used Personal Touch Flooring was very long ago - maybe in the 1990's? We were so pleased with them we used them again in that house for a second room. Since then, we've downsized, and our new home is comfortable but the flooring... yuk! So we have embarked on replacing it, and we started with the kitchen, powder room, and entry/closet/hallway in between them. My first impulse was to go to Personal Touch again, and I'm so glad we did! It's so nice to deal with a family business! They CARE! They are helpful and accommodating. They are good communicators. Their prices are excellent. (I had a $ guesstimate in mind, and when they called me back and told me what the real cost would be, I was gobsmacked! My guesstimate was so far over I would have been a big loser on the Price Is Right.) And most importantly, they do what they say they're going to do. No, wait - they do more than they say they're going to do! We could not be more pleased with the service we received, and we love our new floor! Oh my gosh, I'm not kidding, it brings tears to my eyes, I'm that happy with it. When I read reviews I'm generally leery of the 5-stars that are full of exclamation points and sound like they're exaggerating. You're just going to have to trust me - this is one terrific business. We plan to use Personal Touch for our future flooring needs, and I recommend them very highly for yours. You won't be disappointed, you'll be extremely pleased. Now you'll have to excuse me while I go admire my new flooring...”

“07/12/2022 We are in the process of having our kitchen remodeled. We went to Personal Touch Flooring to get our vinyl plank floors. Everyone at the store was very helpful and informative. Yesterday Joe put our floor in and it doesn’t look like the same house. He did our kitchen and dining room. Their was two different floorings before and now there is one which flows beautifully. Joe was courteous, professional and an extremely hard worker. The floor looks amazing, I love it, it makes everything look bigger. I would definitely use them again and refer their company highly. My husband and I are very pleased, thank you Joe and family.”
