“Our sales associate was knowledgeable about the types of carpeting we were looking at, which helped us make a decision. The same can be said for the type of padding that would be best for the rooms we were recarpeting. She went out of her way to show us samples in the color family we wanted and allowed us to take them home to make sure they worked for us. We really appreciated all the time she gave to us, along with her expertise, to ensure we made a decision we would be happy with for years to come.”

“Nielsen Bros were great from start to finish re-carpeting our home. Really liked the large carpet samples you can borrow right from the showroom. Other carpet stores only had tiny samples and you had to order 9x9 samples. The installers, Gus and Ricardo did an excellent job. Installed Karastan Lifetime Luxury Smartstrand Silk carpet. Really like the softness and color, but don't like the tread marks left by rolling chairs, footprints etc. That aside, highly recommend Nielsen Bros!”

“Kiran, Mike Stump, and Gustavo were great to work with on my condo floor renovation. They were able to do all the LVP and carpet flooring in a week. Though there was a small problem with one of the transitions, Gustavo was able to come quickly in order to resolve the issue and the flooring looks and feels great.”
