“In the past, we have used Nielsen Bros. and was very satisfied with their service and work. This time I chose Nielsen Bros. because of their past service, but mostly because they had donated carpet and installation to the Queen Anne Helpline, a non-profit that provides assistance to individuals in need in the Queen Anne, Magnolia and Lake Union areas. The salesman was very courteous and helpful. The installation was done as scheduled and on time and the carpet is good quality. All aspects of their service are excellent. I highly recommend them.
