“My wife & I purchased a townhouse in Edmonds and selected new carpet for the master bedroom before we moved. On the day of the installation, the carpet we selected did not look the same with the bedroom lighting. Nia and Mike at Nielsen Bros. let us select another carpet that was much better and did not charge us for our error in replacing the carpet. When we need to do more carpet replacing, Nielson Bros. will be the only call we will make.”

“I had the best experience with Nielsen Brothers. It started with Michael Richards, my salesman. I started looking in June and finally decided in August. He never pressured me. He allowed me to take a million samples home to try. Unlike a lot of people, we wanted new carpeting for us...long term...not a resale. He gave me lots of suggestions, ideas, and things to think about. But never pressure. When I did decide, he gave me a good, fair price. Not the cheapest bid I got, but one I thought was fair and worth it for the quality. Gus and Ricardo were my installers. They were clean, polite and did an absolutely beautiful job. I appreciated them so much. Always on time, always helpful. I don't have one single negative thing to say. It was better by far than I hope and I am left with a home that looks brand new.
