“I highly recommend and you should definitely use Nielsen Bros Flooring! I ordered a Karastan carpet and it was installed when I noticed that the panel that had the seam showed a color variation. I called the store and Tom came out, looked at it and returned to the store. Within a short period of time on the same day the store called me to advise they had re-ordered the carpet and would completely re-carpet the living room in question. Who Does That? Nielsen does! I was going to use a big box store like Lowes but decided against it because of any issue that might arise and nobody being able to make a decision. I for one am glad I used Nielson Bros and will have them back to do some other flooring. The carpet I chose was Karastan in a dog friendly color and love it, with two 100lb dogs it will hold up well. It took less than two weeks for the installers to return with replacement carpet. I used the Auburn location and if you’re in the market go see them.”

“We've purchased a lot of flooring from Nielsen Bros throughout the years. They are always knowledgable and accommodating. The carpet we had selected was discontinued by the manufacturer. I went out on a limb and asked them to substitute for something similar. Mike Nielsen did a great job at selecting a perfect substitute. The install date was even moved up because the product came in early! Installers were awesome too! Friendly, efficient and left the work area clean and vacuumed.”
