“My New Floors was beyond helpful every step of the way! We had our carpet redone on our staircase and second floor! Michael was very attentive in listening to our wants and needs when it came to carpet material and shade. He had everything ordered and scheduled in a VERY timely manner. In regards to the actual installation, we have nothing but praise! Everything was taken out, put back in and installed with precision. The transitions between hardwood and carpet are incredible! They were mindful that this is our home and took care of everything with care and intention. Overall, I would recommend My New Floors Inc. to anyone and everyone in the Waukesha area! For sure will be using them again for a bigger main floor project down the road!”

“Great experience! Came across My new floors from a friend of mine that had recommended. Decided to give them a visit for a project I had in mind and boy was I pleased. “Specialty stores are important in our line of business. You walk into Menards, Home Depot, or Floor and decors (nobody knows what’s going on). This is the last place I want to send one of my valuable customers. My new floors is a newer company, but backs it up with experience! Josh and Mike are a pleasure to do business with.
