“We went with My New Floors for our vinyl plank installation because of the good reviews we seen online. Mike reached out immediately and was informative throughout the process. Mike worked with us to finalize the quote and pushed to have our floors done right away as we requested. The crew was friendly to work with and worked late some days to get the job done. They were able to rip out the baseboard on our brick wall, a task we were unsure was possible due to the grouting. Their attention to detail is superb. The final results look exactly how we imagined and we couldn't be happier. We appreciate Mike and his team's hard work going above and beyond to make it right.
