“I worked with My New Floors Inc. last fall to replace all my carpeting upstairs and add some laminate (to match the existing) on my main level. Laminate had to be ordered through Menards as it was a proprietary product but they took care of picking it up, bringing it to the house and installation which was great. They were professional, friendly, and timely. Any issues that came up were handled immediately and I was left with a great end result. I would definitely recommend this company and if I ever have a need to use them again I would.”

“After Mike visited my condo, my daughter and I went to the shop. Mike took time to teach us about LVP. We looked at the many samples and selected the planking for my 2 bedroom condo and carpeting for its stairs. Again, Mike took the time required to guide us thru the options. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day, completing the 880 sq ft LVP install in 3 days. They even started a wash cycle for some dusty coverings before they left. The stair carpeting, done in the waterfall style, took 4 hours the next day. All in all, a professional job from estimator thru to installations. I'm very happy with the results.”
