“I absolutely love my new floor. Went with the Luxury Vinyl Plank. It looks just like wood. Outstanding with the dog, no scratches. Gary at Carpet Empire Plus in Indio was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond to make this floor happen. I shopped around for months before ending up there. I was able to get a much nicer floor and labor for less then other stores, including the big box stores. Very happy. Thank you.”

“Carpet Empire was referred to me by friends who used them to replace carpet with engineered wood floor which turned out to be beautiful. I visited their store on 111 in Indio. Gary the manager greeted me. I explained what I was looking to do in my condo. Replace carpet and remove the tile and replace with vinyl wood like product. He was so helpful and did not pressure me. After visiting two other floor stores returned to Gary and Empire Carpet. Picked out the carpet and Coretec floor. The materials were ordered. Measurements were finalized and a $ deposit was paid. Gary called to updates and when the flooring arrived arranged the entire installation. Nothing is ever perfect but Gary expected to be perfect. I had to contact him with a couple of issues which he personally addressed. I love my floors. I would recommend working with Gary at Empire Floors if want your floors replaced with the highest quality of customer service and product. Kathy”

“Great Price! Great Service! My wife and I met Steve, the guy in the commercials. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. We really enjoyed working with him. He gave us a great deal. The two guys that installed the Carpet were excellent. Of course they wore mask for safety. They even helped me move a7 sofa to the garage at no charge. They cleaned up after themselves. They were great. If I ever need carpet again I will go here. I plan on telling all my friends about the Great Service and the Great Price. Thank You Steve for taking the time to visit with us. “Several months ago we decided to replace our tile flooring with engineered hardwood but were unable to find a supplier nor an acceptable product. We had avoided Carpet Empire thinking they only dealt in carpet and tile. When we finally visited the Indio Display Center, it took us less than 20 minutes to discover an Acacia hardwood sample from LM Flooring. Gary Hindoyan took it from there and the following week installation began. The result is beautiful. However, nearing job's end on Friday things got hectic and some mistakes resulted. To his credit, Gary came to the rescue and in one hour the following Tuesday, the kitchen island's walnut baseboards were replaced. Gary deserves 5 stars for his help, candor, advice, and response. Although the end result is beautiful, improving on site quality control would reduce or avoid some less than quality workmanship. Result: 4 1/2 stars overall. Would we work with Gary and George again? Absolutely.”
