“Installation in my three-bedroom re-carpet job needed some return visits by their crew to correct some issues. Chip was responsive to my concerns and Jorge was efficient in making the repairs - he's just the person you want to attend to any problems. To me, the measure of good customer service is a company's response when things aren't quite perfect. Carpet Empire came through”

“I have been working with them for years I've tried other flooring places here in the desert some super expensive high-end nonsense waste of time and money .Steve owner of carpet Empire Plus is a great man with down-to-earth personality. I've had carpeting, laminate floors ,tile removed. Each time the guys were very very very hard workers come in no-nonsense worked hard took one lunch. Continue working until they were done cleaned up their mess and left they did a meticulous job very well done. I was very impressed I will always use carpet Empire plus and Steve is a good man the owner.”

“We got carpet put down in 2 bedrooms of our home about 3 years ago. The sales associate, Mike Tomlinson, took time to show us about a dozen carpets that would stand the test of time (having 2 children and a dog). Honestly, we wouldn't have remembered Mike's name after several years, but unfortunately we recently had a flood in our home and had to replace the carpeting in the rooms. We returned to Carpet Empire and found Mike, ready to assist AGAIN! He helped us find a new carpet and was even able to help us on the price as we were return customers. The new carpet has been installed and it looks and feels GREAT.”
