“This store and employees were great in our visit to acquire new flooring for the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. We dealt with Mike in looking at the samples and ordering the new flooring. “Their Indio store at 111 and Madison is fairly small, but has a large selection of carpet and other floor coverings. Paul was extremely helpful in explaining the merits of different carpets and LVP products for our bedroom and walk-in closet. We were able to decide on new carpet and textured vinyl for the closet. Paul listened to the characteristics we wanted in appearance and wear and we found an excellent, reasonably priced material in a color that would complement our furnishings. While not inexpensive, the price was less than we had expected to pay. Delivery, installation, upgraded padding, furniture moving, and removal of old carpets were all included. I would recommend Carpet Empire Plus. This is a locally owned store and not related to the large Empire Today operation.”
