“The people were fine, but the product was not. It scratches very easily. I went to many different places looking for just the right laminate flooring. I found the color and the style that I wanted at Metro Flooring. The people there were nice, friendly and helpful, but I am not happy with the flooring product itself. It is waterproof, but it is not very durable, and it scratches easily. I have dogs, cats, and kids, so the flooring is very high maintenance. I even have to put booties on the furniture legs. Unfortunately, the product is not warrantied against scratching, and I knew that when I bought the product. It does look beautiful, though.”

“A very pleasant experience! I went to Metro Flooring to get some laminate flooring, and the sales lady there was very helpful and very nice! She helped me pick out what I wanted, and I could call her anytime with a question. She was delightful, and easy to work with! The installation crew did a terrific job too! They were professional, clean, nice and efficient! I could not have been happier with the job they did!”

“Fantastic! Metro Flooring has floored every square inch of my house for me, and they have also floored a rental property. They carpeted the bedrooms, and they put vinyl plank on the rest of the flooring. They are very easy people to work with. I went to their showroom, picked out the flooring - and within a week, they had it all installed! They are very professional and knowledgeable people! They were accommodating as to my schedule, and the whole process with them was so smooth! They cleaned everything up when they finished, and my floors look great!
