“Great product! Great prices! Great service! Watch out for Mike! My experience with Metro Flooring was a little mixed. Their service is good. Their product is good. Their pricing is good. The installers are pretty good. It was the manager, Mike, who was overly sharp on the finances and cheated me out of three-hundred-fifty dollars. Tammy, the sales rep, gave me a good price and I put down a big deposit. There were a couple of things I changed my mind about having them do, like chip up the tile. So I was due some money back at the end of the thirteen-thousand-dollar project. Mike withheld three-hundred-fifty dollars from my refund because he said Tammy gave me a discount based on my prior business with them that he couldn't support. So he charged me more which irritated me. Aside from that, everything else was good. Overall, I recommend Metro Flooring.”

“Metro Flooring did an outstanding job for us! Bruce and his team did an outstanding job for us with our home remodel! Several years ago Metro placed new LVP upstairs in our Scripps Ranch home. Due to the pandemic we delayed the completion for the rest of the house and were concerned that the LVP style would be discontinued. Bruce advised he could order the product & complete our project even during the supply chain backlog. The outstanding service, quality product, installation expertise, timeline & daily communication was truly appreciated. This team takes good care of both new and long time loyal clients. “Great customer service! I've already recommended Metro Flooring to my friends. We needed new carpeting for our upstairs and our living room. When we went to Metro Flooring, the person who helped us at the store was patient and went through a lot of options. After we made our choices, Metro Flooring was quick to schedule the installation. The installers were fabulous and worked really hard lugging carpeting upstairs. They did such a great job that even my carpet cleaner commented on the good installation. According to him, it was glued down very well. Five stars for Metro Flooring”

Over time, we have redone the whole house, twenty-eight thousand square feet, using Metro Flooring with a combination of both carpeting and other types of flooring. I recommend them all the time. “They've done a lot of work for us and each time it's a joy! We love what Metro Flooring has done for us. They have put carpeting throughout the entire house. When we had water issues in the back half of the house, they installed new carpeting there. Then we had water damage in the kitchen and had to redo it. Metro Flooring installed new flooring in the kitchen and then put new flooring in the bathroom. Each time we have been completely satisfied. We enjoy dealing with Bruce, one of the owners. He and everyone else there are good people. We couldn't recommend them any more than we already do. They are kind, honest, and professional. Just lovely to work with. Five stars for Metro Flooring. You better believe I recommend them.”
