The company made sure that I was satisfied with the product and installation. At first, I was not satisfied after the carpeting was installed, and I let them know, so I had to pay an additional fee for the upgrading. Although I had to pay for some more of the extra labor, I felt like I was treated pretty fairly and they stood by their word of guarantee for customer satisfaction. I would be very open and honest about sharing my experience with this company and I would absolutely recommend them to other people. They have done other home improvement work for me, so I am happy with the service that they are able to provide.”

“Subcontractors Who Do Their Work Are Excellent We had Metro Flooring replace our carpeting with tile a while back and then about two years later, we decided to have all our floors redone in tile. They came and removed the old tile and put new tile in, including the places where we hadn't replaced the flooring before. So now we have all the same kind of tile and they did a very good job with it. I've had no complaints and no problems. For the work they did it was a very good price. The subcontractors who do their work are excellent. We had 2 different fellows on the different occasions they came out and both of them did great work. I would undoubtedly go back again in the future.”

“Great Job I had an overall good experience with Metro Flooring. They installed vinyl flooring for me. The salespeople and office were great. I had no problems with them, but there was a small complication with the installation. There was a small air pocket under the vinyl and the installers came back three times after the installation to fix the issue, but they needed to tear up the flooring in order to completely fix it. I did not want that to happen, so the problem still exists. It is not a major issue, but it is a little annoying. The installers were professional and courteous. My overall experience was good enough that I would use them again in the future and recommend them.”
