They jackhammered out a massive amount of tile and replaced the entire house with wood floors. I'm a repeat customer and they've worked on a dozen of my investment properties over the last ten or fifteen years. “Mediocre I purchased laminate flooring from Metro Flooring, and I asked them to install it for me. The saleswoman was very good. Once I had paid for everything, I asked for an itemized bill, and there was not a lot of transparency there. I also had problems with the installation. The young men who did the work were very nice, but less than professional. The leader of the crew was only 19 years old. They left a lot of debris, and while they were working, they played their music very loudly. So loudly, in fact, that the neighbors complained. As far as the floor itself - it seems to have been put in very well.”
