“We dealt with the Canton Location. Our first visit was with Sam - he is such a friendly person. Has great customer service skills. Thank you Sam!. Next, Abe came out to do the measuring. Abe was very pleasant. Abe assured us that the installation crew will handle the moving of all the heavy objects. Thanks, Abe! Even though we nev3r got to meet him, Mike handled the financial aspect of the deal. Mike is very pleasant on the phone. Thanks Mike, hope we can meet you personally one day. Last but not least was the installation crew. Johnny was the "head man". Johnny was so respectful and so patient with us old folks. He made sure everything was done properly before he left. Thank you Johnnt, His crew was amazing. All the crew worked so hard and so efficiently. Everything was cleaned up and moved back exactly where we wanted it to be. I am a very fussy person with a high level of OCD. So when I say how tremendous everyone was, it truly comes from the heart. Everyone at Metro Carpet made it so easy and worry free for us.!. “From ordering oir wood floors, to the response by mike to come to our house and measure and give us a fair quote. My job was scheduled 2 days after the huge ice storm that hit michigan. Mike called to say they needed to push the job back because the other jobs they were on were pushed back because of no power at thise homes. He asked if they could do it on a saturday and sunday. These 2 good men spent a total of 36 man hours to tear out and install our new wood floors. It to bad i can't give more then 5 statrs, i would give more if i could. I recommend using this business for your wood floors and carpeting needs.”
