“Another great job! Metro has installed four carpets in our house over the past 5 years. On Sept. 13, 2022 we had carpet installed by a good fellow named Nasser. He was very pleasant to talk to plus helpful and clear with his description of the work he was doing. Nasser is an A+ carpet guy! Thank you to Nasser and Metro.”

Taking away the old carpet was included in the price and our experience in store setting everything up was great, too. They had tons of choices and all staff were friendly, not pushy, and quite professional. I think we'll be having them out to replace our kitchen floors next.”

“EDITED: I had an issue with a salesman being what I perceived as lazy. The manager Mike contacted me personally to rectify the situation. After that everything was great. The delivery guy Steve was extremely helpful and got the piece to where it needed to go quickly.”

“Metro Floors put all new natural wood floors in our condo. They replaced wood in the hallway and added wood to all three bedrooms. The floors are absolutely stunning!! I also had them put a waterproof vinyl floor in the basement and they look even better then I expected. From the minute we walked into the Canton store (we visited Farmington Hills also), Mike and Abe took care of us. They took the time to explain everything we needed and helped us pick the perfect flooring for our condo. The installer was fabulous. He came over a day early to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. His team was in and out in 3 days. They completely cleaned up after themselves and left our condo in perfect condition. After looking at floors for almost 6 months, we are so glad we decided to go with Metro Floors. We will use them again for any and all of our flooring needs. Thank you so much!!”
