“Fair price, quality pad and carpet. Had entire second floor and 2 sets of stairs done. The stairs look amazing, wrapped tight. Two installers worked most of the day, and the job was very professional. No uneven padding underneath that I can find, and they didn't mind my going around to chisel flat some uneven subflooring. I did find a few carpet staples sitting loose on the stairs, which would be the only complaint.”

“We originally chose to have carpet flooring done, but had to change to change to laminate wood instead. Mike was very accommodating and he had Abe come out to remeasure the floors again. We couldn't have the flooring done in 4 consecutive days, so Mike had to split it to 2 days for the 1st floor, and 2 days for the 2nd floor. Luckily, we had to wait for more materials so the schedule worked out. The installation crew were fast and efficient. Word of advice though, do not let them use your garage for cutting the woods. Although they cleaned up the wood pieces and sawdust wheretheywereworking at, you will still have to clean your whole garage after because of too much dust that flew around. People that had their floorings done told me that they made the same mistake. How come no one told me before hand? Ugh! I don't want anybody else to go through the same mistake we had to dealt with, that's why I'm giving you my advice. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience with Metro Carpet. We were assured that if we have any issues with the flooring, to give them a call and they will fix it. Thanks Mike for being flexible.”
