“What to say. Called Empire carpets and after four excruciating hair pulling days of drama we cancelled the order at 11am on 7/16. Remembered a review on Facebook of Massauds and Sons. I called and Joe was at hour house within 2 hours. We had an estimate and an install date which took place today 7/19. And we save $350. This was such a fantastic experience. We love the carpet. our basement bar looks amazing and Joe and Craig were wonderful.”

They have a huge selection in-store and even let us bring home samples so we could think it over. They are very communicative and flexible with scheduling.
