“Their customer service is top notch! I submitted a request online for a quote and heard back from them only a couple hours later. We visited the store, per their recommendation, to see samples and they were excellent in helping us pick out the right materials for the areas we needed. They were on time for everything - from the appointment to measure to the day of installation. The crew installing the floors were also very professional and friendly. There was a minor hiccup the morning of installation (not their fault!) and the crew kept us informed every step of the way. The floors turned out beautiful! I can absolutely see why they’ve been in business for so long and would recommend them to all my friends and family!”

“We just had our hardwood floors refinished.
They came out fantastic!! The guys who did the work were so nice. The price was reasonable. You would be foolish to go anywhere else.

“Our experience with Massud was great! We had 2 rooms of carpet removed and replaced. Brian did the job for us and was professional, courteous and did his job extremely well! He worked by himself that day and we were amazed at the neatness and completion time that we experienced! Thank you!”

“Had new living room carpet installed on 3/24. Ken did a fantastic job! Although he was by himself he managed to get the job done, in what I consider record time, and that included moving our furniture! Massud's was great to deal with and I would highly recommend them. Going to have our bedroom done next.”
