The store has a huge selection of flooring, and the brothers, particularly Michael, are very knowledgable about all the products and happy to help sort through the different options. You can even take samples home to see how they will actually look in the space. We did our entire upstairs, and it looks spectacular! Thanks, Michael!”

“We recently bought a condo that was wall to wall carpet. We sold our home of over 30 years, and had only unpacked the necessary items to get by knowing we were going to have the floors redone. We went to a big box store because we had previously had good luck there. Well, that was no longer the case! I searched on line and found Massud and Sons. 5 pages of 5 star reviews on Yelp! What company has that? I called on a Monday morning, Paul was here the next day. We pick out our flooring the day after, and within 2 weeks we had absolutely stunning laminate throughout our condo. The crew was amazing. They even repaired an area near our slider that had extensive water damage for a very reasonable price. If you’re reading this and wondering if you should have Massud take care of your flooring, do it! They are the absolute best!”

“Great experience start to finish. I called a big box store first but didn’t go with them due to their lack of professionalism and follow through. Family members recommended Massud’s. The difference in working with a small business owner was amazing. Paul took care of everything quickly and on my schedule. He helped me choose the carpet & padding that met my needs and I never felt that he was overselling. Installation took more than 9 hours and the installers ‘worked to completion’ in one day as promised. The carpeting is beautiful! Very highly recommended.”

“Paul Massud and staff work so passionately to make sure their customers get the best experience and we did! We had 2 floors installed and they are beautiful! Floors were scheduled to be installed in 2 days however, Massud installers completed both floors in 1 day! They worked to 8PM non stop then the 2 installers offered to help my husband place furniture back into our rooms. I’ve heard Massud Flooring “sells floors for less” (true) but in addition if you feel as I do the customer service from start to finish is as important. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would, as I highly recommend buying from Massud Flooring for quality, price and customer service. They will not disappoint you. Gloria DiPaola”
