“This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with flooring bar none. I spent a good portion of my young adult life in the Navy and have had my fair share of moves and home purchases. As native Rhode Islanders, my wife and I knew to trust Massud & Sons with replacing the carpets in our newly-purchased home by their reputation, but even with high expectations from the start, we were seriously impressed at every turn from our first trip to the store, to their wide selection of flooring types, brands, and colors, to the outstanding price, and all the way through to the flawless installation. It seems to be a rare thing to find the kind of professionalism and genuine pride they show in their work, but what we saw from Massud & Sons was more than professional pride; the kind of attention to even the smallest detail and the perfection of the finished product we saw was of a sort that can only come from someone who genuinely loves their work and takes the time and care to elevate it to an art form. “When Paul came to explain how the new hardwoods would be put in the two carpeted bedrooms, and how the entire main floor of the condo (the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom) would be sanded, stained, and polyurethaned, I told him I could not wait to write an amazing review when the job was completed. The job is completed and it is simply perfect. The grain of the wood is just beautiful and both crews were the nicest guys ever...efficient, polite, and blessed with much skill. We are so delighted with the outcome!!!”

“This place has so many different rugs and flooring. I looked everywhere for a kitchen floor. And found the best one there. Was looking for one piece linoleum. They had plenty. I recommend this place over all others.”

“Made contact with Paul over the phone and he met or exceeded our expectations. We went to the showroom picked out some samples, had Paul come over and measure. All done without a hitch. I found Massoud & Sons to be professional, timely, within budget and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs. They beat the big box stores and other vendors by a country mile. Once my wife and i picked out the flooring they had it ready in three days (despite the snowstorm). I further found the installation team to be caring, respectful and just darn efficient. They removed wall to wall carpet that was 20 years old and installed engineered planks in large bedroom without disruption. Expecting this to be an all day affair, by lunch time my wife and I were using the bedroom again. What a great job. Highly recommend this company. “Can’t say enough about this company. Had to change our initial appointment 3 different times and they were understanding and accommodating. We needed carpets installed quickly and they completed the job 5 days after measuring the rooms. Very pleased with the end result. Definitely recommend!”

“This old family business was a find. They have a huge selection from which to choose for whatever kind of flooring you desire. Everyone was respectful and helpful.I was really pleased they had only low VOC vynal flooring. I had called a couple of places who didn't know what that was. The process was easy and they did a great job on my floor.”
