“I am Kristin Wilson with Chuck & Cindy's team. I used Kimi's Carpets for my personal home. Mike (installation) & Kimi (sales/management) were spectacular from the get go. Their prices were competitive and their selections were fantastic. They even worked with me to get me the flooring we wanted within our budget. They came out to install, and they were seamless! Mike & his father installed the floors professionally and beautifully. There was a minor issue with the transitions, and they came back right away and fixed it! Three months later our upstairs flooded and we had to pull up all of our flooring on the main level. I was a wreck. Kimi helped me work with the insurance company and probably heard me crying no less than once a day for two weeks. She was incredibly professional and worked her butt off to help me get the insurance company to cover the flooring that had been damage. She came highly recommended to me by a friend, and she/they did not disappoint. I regularly get asked "who did your floors?" And I never hesitate to tell them my story and all about Kimi & Mike (who by the way are local).”

“I can't say enough good things about Kimi and Her husband Mike! They replaced carpet in our master bedroom that had been destroyed by our puppy who decided that was his secret pee spot. They were up front and honest with us. They worked well with my crazy schedule, were mindful of the rest of our home and the interactions between Mike and his staff were amazing, like nothing I've witnessed before.
